CTA Award for YCS!
We are pleased to share that YCS has been awarded a certificate of merit in the 2024 California Teachers’ Association State Gold Awards competition! It is an honor to be recognized by the California Teachers’ Association for the work we do with local schools.
To celebrate this achievement, YCS was recognized at the Palo Alto Educators Association (PAEA)’s Excellence in Education Awards Night Dinner.
“Join us in celebrating Youth Community Services (YCS) as they won a Certificate of Merit in the 2024 CTA State Gold Award for their dedication to youth development and their powerful role in building stronger, more connected communities that directly impact PAUSD students. For years, YCS has empowered youth to develop programs that promote leadership, service learning, and social responsibility. In addition, YCS mentors student projects in the Social Justice pathways at Gunn & Paly. Congratulations to YCS from both PAEA & CTA for their outstanding work!
